Smoked Salmon Cottage Cheese Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- ¼ Cucumber (medium, diced small)
- 1 1/2 tsps Capers (sliced)
- 1 1/2 tsps Shallot (finely sliced)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (toasted, chopped)
- 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 100g Smoked Salmon
Directions
- Divide the cottage cheese into bowls.
- Top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
