We discuss reducing blood glucose.
Glucose.... the energy of life. Every living cell on earth burns glucose for fuel.
Glucose converts to glycogen which is then stored in the liver (100-120 grams) or the skeletal muscles (300 grams).
The liver in the absence of consumed carbs will convert any nutrient available into glucose to feed the brain and central nervous system. Without this conversion process we would be dead in 10 minutes...

Ingredients 3 whole eggs 120g shrimp (peeled) 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt Salt, pepper Optional: garlic, chilli flakes, spinach Instructions Step 1 Lightly sauté shrimp in a pan (2–3 mins each side). Step 2 Whisk eggs with salt & pepper. Step 3 Pour eggs into pan, scramble gently. Step 4 Stir through Greek yoghurt at the end for creaminess. Step 5 Serve immediately.
