Freedom Bulletin #309
In this bulletin we discuss Methylation...
Methylation occurs around 1 billion times per second. It is one of the most important biochemical processes happening inside the body.
Methylation takes every raw material that enters the body and converts it into a usable form. This is similar to taking crude oil out of the ground and refining it into petrol.
The raw mineral folate from food is useless until it becomes refined to methyl folate.
