INGREDIENTS


  • 125g boiled pumpkin
  • 66g white eggs
  • 10g whey protein
  • 7g peanut butter
  • 7g cacao nibs



METHOD


  • 2x 1 min in the microwave (make sure that you stop before spill out, because will start to grow)
  • After add more 6 min in the air fryer at 150 degrees
