INGREDIENTS
- 125g boiled pumpkin
- 66g white eggs
- 10g whey protein
- 7g peanut butter
- 7g cacao nibs
METHOD
- 2x 1 min in the microwave (make sure that you stop before spill out, because will start to grow)
- After add more 6 min in the air fryer at 150 degrees
